Payment processing
Standard Stripe rates (~2.9% + $0.30 for cards) are billed by Stripe directly to your connected account — not us. Your gym is the merchant of record. We can't see your card data, and we don't take a margin on processing. That's how every competitor with bundled processing actually makes more than their listed monthly fee. We just charge our 2% (with the $2 floor).

One-time setup
The worst part of switching gym software is the switch itself. So the $499 isn't a toll — it's a packaged, done-for-you launch. You hand us an export from your current system; we hand you back a running academy. After that, the only way our bill grows is if your collections grow.
