OLM is gym management software built for BJJ academies and martial arts gyms. It handles kiosk and QR check-ins, per-discipline belt tracking, training journals, recurring billing through Stripe Connect, digital waivers with SHA-256 audit trails, and AI churn alerts that flag at-risk members 14 days before they cancel. The member app is white-labeled — your logo, your colors, your brand.
There is no monthly subscription. OLM charges 2% per membership payment ($2 minimum), 3% per seminar / merchandise / drop-in charge, and $0 on in-gym POS. Stripe processing (about 2.9% + $0.30) goes directly to Stripe — OLM does not mark it up. If your academy isn't collecting revenue, you pay nothing.
Belt tracking is native for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, and any ranked discipline. Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and MMA are supported with rank optional. A single member can hold ranks in multiple disciplines independently — a judo black belt joining a BJJ gym keeps their judo rank while starting fresh as a BJJ white belt.
Yes. OLM uses Stripe Connect Standard, which means each gym connects its own Stripe account. Member payments land directly in your bank. You own the customer relationship and the payment data. If you ever leave OLM, your Stripe account and customer payment history stay intact.

Yes. Your logo, brand colors, and theme are loaded at runtime — members open an app branded as your academy, not as OLM. Theme changes apply instantly without recompiling or resubmitting an app. Invite-link previews on iMessage, Slack, and Instagram also render with your gym's name and logo.
Yes. OLM supports kids-specific class templates, structured progression (colored stripes layered on top of standard belt rank), guardian-signed waivers with automatic re-prompting when the kid turns 18, and family-cap pricing. Roughly 30 to 50% of mature academy revenue comes from kids programs; OLM is built to handle that workflow natively.
OLM tracks rank per discipline independently. Each member has separate rank records for each discipline they train. Promotions in one discipline don't affect the others. The full belt lineage (issuing org, promoter, date, note) is recorded for every promotion and travels with the member if they ever move to another OLM academy.
Most academies are operational within an hour: account creation (under a minute), Stripe Connect (about two minutes), basic academy setup including locations, schedules, plans, waiver, and branding (about five minutes), then inviting members. Setup does not require a sales call, a credit card, or a contract.
