You stay in charge

It acts as you: Inside one gym, with no more access than you have in OLM. Pick read only or read and write when you connect.
You approve what members see: Every message an AI app writes waits in OLM until an admin sends it.
Changes show a preview first: Cancellations, closures and time changes are confirmed before they happen, and every change lands in your audit log.
Private details stay private: Phone numbers, birth dates, health notes, journals and payment details are never shared. Minors show as first name and last initial.
Some things it can't do at all: Move money, change prices, promote members, or touch another gym. Those stay in OLM, with you.
You can switch it off: Every admin is emailed when an app connects. Disconnect it in Settings at any time and it stops immediately.

Connect in a couple of minutes

Add OLM, then sign in.

You add OLM to your AI app by its address, and the app sends you to OLM to sign in. You choose the gym and how much it can do. Any admin of the gym can connect; each connection works as the admin who made it.

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.

Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create. Name it OLM and paste this as the MCP server URL:

Set Authentication to OAuth, then click Create.

Sign in to OLM in the window that opens, pick your gym and the access to give, and click Connect.

In a new chat, click +, choose More, and pick OLM. Then ask away.

OpenAI limits custom connectors by plan. On Business, Enterprise and Edu, ChatGPT can read and make changes; a workspace admin may need to allow developer mode first. On personal plans it can read only.
